Excited to see the new façade on this old Cape Cod. The biggest dilemma in Arlington additions is how to add space without destroying the character. A new foyer with gabled master bedroom expansion above & basement below is one way.
There is a new house being built a few houses down which I am sorry to say is going about it the wrong way: A big ol’ box with a shallow roof.
